The period starts from the day you receive your order.
Please ensure to return the product in its original 10/10 condition as received, including all accessories and packaging, for a smooth process.

All imported pre-owned electronics we sell are eligible for a Thirty (30) days checking warranty. The warranty period begins from the time you receive your delivery.
Note: These products are used/pre-owned and arrive from overseas (USA, UK, UAE). They undergo rigorous testing by our team before dispatch.
The following products fall under the checking warranty criteria:
Laptops (Windows)
Chromebooks
Tablet PCs
Important: If the product suffers external damage after delivery—such as a fall, hit, screen crack, scratches, or liquid spill—the warranty will be immediately void.
The purchase receipt or invoice you receive when ordering online (or in-store) acts as your warranty card.
You do not need to keep a physical paper forever. We can retrieve your warranty details using your Order Number or Phone Number.
This warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage, nor does it cover the following conditions. However, we do offer paid repair services for these issues:
Beyond the warranty period: Claims made after 30 days.
No Proof: The customer provides no proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice).
Improper Use: The device is damaged due to mishandling (dropping, bending, heavy pressure on the screen, liquid/water damage, or using wrong voltage chargers).
Software Issues: Windows corruption, viruses, or third-party software installations that slow down the device are not covered under hardware warranty.
Unauthorized Repair: Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting, or removal of warranty seals by anyone other than Aitemad Tech technicians.
Force Majeure: Faults or damage caused by uncontrollable external forces such as fire, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, or power surges.
We pack our parcels with extreme care. However, if your order has arrived in a damaged condition or is faulty upon unboxing, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the parcel) with video proof of unboxing.
Manufacturer Warranty: Box-packed items may come with an international manufacturer warranty. Please check the specific brand's policy on their official website.
Imported New Stock: Some box-packed items are imported directly. The warranty terms for those items lie between the buyer and the manufacturer. Aitemad Tech acts as a facilitator but claims no liability for international warranty claims.
Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. Aitemad Tech does not accept any further liability for data loss, loss of business, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
